Description of St. Vincent de Paul Activity
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a Christian voluntary organisation, responding to the call every Christian receives to bring the love of Christ to those in need.
Inspired by our principal founder, Blessed Frederic Ozanam, and patron St. Vincent de Paul, the society gives practical support to those experiencing poverty and social exclusion by providing a wide range of services to people in need.
The Rathfarnham Conference of the Annunciation was established in 1969, the activities of this conference include:
- Home visitation
- Provision of advice and financial assistance to persons in need
- Provision of food, fuel, clothing
