The RCIA team accompany adults on their journey towards Initiation into the Catholic Church and support them after they have received the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist as they grow in Christian discipleship.
In the last few years the team have accompanied three people in this parish.
The team welcome and introduce the candidate to the parish, they share their own faith, reflect on the Word of God, especially as found in the Sunday gospel through prayer and discussion.
The team and candidates meet each Sunday during the period of initiation and thereafter monthly as the newly baptised grow faith and community.
