Over the past year, we have continued our commitment to Care for Our Common Home, inspired by the call of Pope Francis to protect and cherish creation.

As we look ahead to Laudato Si’ Week 2026, our focus will be on caring for and maintaining the grounds of our church and parish centre. We warmly invite parishioners and volunteers to get involved in this important initiative. If you would like to participate, please contact the parish office at parishoffice@rathfarnhamparish.com.

The Vatican has also released a valuable document, “Integral Ecology in the Life of the Family,” which offers practical guidance for families on caring for creation and promoting the dignity of human life. The document continues the message of Laudato Si’ and other important teachings of Pope Francis by providing practical ways to live out these values in everyday life.
