The death has occurred of Jim Lacy, (Rathfarnham, Dublin) – October 12, 2021, Professor Emeritus, School of Electronic Engineering, University College Dublin, darling husband and best pal of Pat for over sixty-two years, predeceased by his two beautiful sons, Jim and David, adored father of Patricia (O’Sullivan Lacy) and Joanne (Gillen), devoted grandfather to Rebecca and Lisa. Greatly missed by his sons-in-law, Owen and Anthony, brothers Leo and John (predeceased by his brother Bill), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, will be dearly missed by his family, nieces, nephews, relatives and wide circle of friends. Wonderfully cared for by the many carers who called to his home daily.
Rest in Peace.
Funeral Mass on Monday (October 18) at 10am in the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, limited to 200 people, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross.
