Join the Parish Choir:
In every note we sing, may the love of God resound and touch the lives of those who listen.”
Description of Parish Choir Activity
One of the longest established music ministries in the Church of the Annunciation, the parish choir is a wonderful group of individuals who come from all walks of life to sing together and support the various liturgies taking place in a church. The mixed-voice (SATB) choir sings a mix of traditional and contemporary hymns, and mass settings to enhance the spiritual experience of the congregation, and welcomes members of all ages and abilities.
Time Commitment
The parish choir leads the congregation at the 11.30am Sunday Mass, and takes part in all the important liturgical celebrations, including Christmas, Holy Week and Easter. They rehearse every Thursday evening at 8:00pm in the parish pastoral centre.
