The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) DURNIN late of Rathfarnham and formerly of Donnybrook, passed away peacefully, after a long illness, on the 14th of March 2023, surrounded by his loving family, in the care of the staff at Tallaght Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Marie, loving and adored partner to the late Judy and adored father of Bernadette, Patrick, Martina, Maria, Christopher, David, Denise and Barry; he will be sadly missed by his children, his brother Michael, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons and daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and all his extended family, neighbours and friends.

Paddy will be reposing at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, on Wednesday (March 15th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning to the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, arriving for 10am Mass, followed by burial in Deansgrange Cemetery. The death has occurred of Tom (Tommy) Moran (Red Cow Moran Hotel & Inn – Rathfarnham, Dublin and Athea, Limerick) – March 12, 2023, died peacefully, at St James’s Hospital. Beloved husband of Sheila and loving father of Tommy, Karen, Tracey, Michael, Stephen, Brendan and the late Sean. Very sadly missed by his sisters Mary, Joan, Helen and brother Michael. Also missed by his son-in-law Thor, daughters-in-law Sarah, Tina, Geri, Laura, 20 grandchildren – Ben, Charlotte, Abi, Trudy, Leon, Beth, Ellie, Noah, Meghan, Max, Erik, Oscar, Kamen, Maya, Alice, Stella, Yana, Nesa, Paddy, George, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family, his colleagues and many friends. Predeceased by his son Sean, father Thomas, mother Cathy, brothers Sean & Patrick and son-in-law Nardus.

Reposing at his home on Wednesday (March 15) from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday (March 16) at 1pm in Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, followed by cremation at Newlands Cross Crematorium.

The death has occurred of Maureen Kearns (née Treanor) (Rathfarnham, Dublin and formerly of Carrickroe, Co. Monaghan) peacefully, in the wonderful care of the Team at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Beloved wife of the late Christopher and loving mother of Maureen, Chris and Rosaleen. Sadly missed by her sister Annie, sisters-in-law Sheila, Jean and Sylvia, brothers-in-law Gabriel, Joe, Kieran and Eddie, daughter-in-law Siobhan, son-in-law Frank, grandchildren Abbey, Ryan, Jamie and Ana; nieces and nephews afar and extended family and friends; and her neighbours in Rathfarnham Wood. Predeceased by her parents Catherine and Patrick and siblings Kathleen, Peggy, Rose, Peter, Bridie, Frank, Eileen, Paddy Felix and brothers-in-law Michael & Martin.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Rathfarnham on Tuesday (14th March) from 3pm to 5pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday (15th March) at 10 am in Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery.
